Bolton Mets vs Chorley Panthers
Eccleston Lions vs Rochdale Cobras
Newton Storm vs Bury Broncos
St Helens Wild Boar vs Waterhead
Hindley V Wigan Bulldogs

Reckon Bolton will simply have too much for Chorley and Rochdale should win fairly comfortably at Eccleston. Wild Boars vs Waterhead is the pick of the round, could be a bit tasty - I think Waterhead will just have it but should be a good tough game. Bury should have most of the 18 we had missing this weekend back and with almost a full squad I think we'll push Newton. Hopefully a good game either way.

Weather permitting, that is! Forecast ain't good again...

*edit* added the Hindley-Wigan fixture. I hear Wigan have improved but Hindley have put some big wins together and can't see that ending.

Bolton should beat chorley being a far bigger and tougher side, cobras should beat ecclestone for the same reason, if bury have all their players back i would expect a win for them as newton are struggling at the moment with form and numbers, and i reckon waterhead to just beat wild boars. Heard bulldogs have vastly improved in the second half of the season so should be a decent game against us.

I hope Bury have a team, after two 70 odd nil defeats we need a win and at home against Bury is our best chance (no offence Bury by the way)

BOLTON v Chorley Panthers
Eccleston Lions V ROCHDALE
STORM V Bury Broncos (i hope!)
HINDLEY V Wigan Bulldogs
WILD BOARS V Waterhead

We should be good for a team, reckon most of those missing last week will be back though a few are still iffy.

To be honest the pitch hasn't been great and I'd say it's 50/50 for tomorrow.

There will be a pitch inspection tonight.

Supposed to go to -2°C tonight but warm up from 8am to a massive 3°C from 11am up to kick off, hoping this will be ok, we didn't want to concede last week and want to play this week.

We're good to go, got a few still out but definitely got 13. We don't mind playing on dodgy pitches!

Give us a shout if you hear anything mate...

We've got numbers too and want to hit-back from a couple of shocking defeats.

The lads are peppering the coaches and groundsman to keep the game on so we doing our best.

Keep on eye on here tonight, I'll let you know ASAP mate.

Alex.

Newton vs Bury called off, frozen pitch. :(

I know the league asked clubs to inspect and call it at 10.00, but I'm sure it would have been soft enough to play on by 2.30, there's plenty of sun and it's about 4°C. Not Newton's fault and I bet they're as disappointed as we are. Oh well, we're having a runaround so we'll to knock each other around instead.
