Hows people pitches looking? ours at the boars is more than likely to be on very rare to have a game called off up at the shed

At Newton we're not even training on it to save it for Saturday.

It was in a bad way after rain last week, but having checked it last night it's looking ok. We can even afford a couple of downpours I'd say.

Will be surprised if our game is on to be honest. If you spit on our pitches they get waterlogged!

Been urinating down all day in Wigan and Newton.

I'll check tonight at training.

Was going to ask you how it was looking for Saturday? I seem to remember one side of your pitch was very boggy, and one end?

Our lads are tearing at the bit at the mo. It's been weeks since our last game and some of our training sessions have been a bit tasty recently as a result. We're all good mates but there's some big hits and banter going around, great stuff!

After todays rain i would guess at it not being playable, but that is just a guess. We did play rochdale in similar conditions so suppose its all down to the ref's call saturday morning.
