Should be a tough game for us at weekend. Heard noises that Orrell are made of ex Ashton players, hence why Ashton are struggling at the minute. |

Over the summer we (Ashton) lost some lads to NCL prem sides, some long term injuries which should hopefully clear round about Xmas time and a couple of retirements through age/injury has left the squad a bit thin on the ground with room for some new faces. Although the results don't show it yet things are picking up. There are rumblings of the 2nds starting up again and maybe looking for friendlies in the new Year. |
