Spring View 12-18 Orrell St James

A great game today fought out by 2 teams that were full of enthusiasm & heart.

Fair play to Orrell they muscled up in the middle and made it hard for our play makers to do there stuff, there a good side and good luck to them.

A strong start by View, dominating the early rucks, but I think a few daft errors & pens lets us down.

The conditions were treacherous at SV today and not much flowing rugby was possible.

At half time OSJ led 16-12 after we conceded a soft try with minutes left til half time.

The second half saw OSJ win with a solitary conversion after both sides beefed up in defence not giving each other a single inch.

A good good game played by two quality sides. See you next year boys!

Woolston next week for us men....quietly confident
