etc??? once them 4 sides have been played what happens then? surely easier being put in the league with only 2 rounds gone with regular fixtures than scratching round for fixtures or playing once every 4 week or so? occasional langworthy a? that speaks volumes!!

I dont have a problem with them being put in our league at all, the thing that annoyed me was that we were made to work our way up from div 6. Most of the time scoring 60+ points (and once scoring 100 points in a 70 minute match) and knowing that we should of been in a higher division. Along with teams not bothering to show up at times.

West Bank A team only played friendlies last year in order to get them ready for a good campaign in Div 6 this term, personally I feel like they have just thought bugger it, there is a gap there lets throw em in......what about the team that finished 4th in Div 5 last year.

puttin a team in from div 5 having already played 2 games? this would also leave div 5 short then. theyd probably have gone into div 6 but with blackpool already pullin out it was probably easier on the numbers in each league. 1 for1 . basically i think it was done just for ease.

we can all see that - but it doesn't make it fair on those sides who have been trying to get up the divisions when one side is admitted two divisions up when, presumably, they weren't sufficiently organised to submit their forms before the season started. does this set a precedent for future years? apply late, get rewarded?

Looks like we are gonna struggle to field a team this week against one of the stronger teams in the league. At last count there were 7 first teamers out due to injuries / suspensions/ holidays etc. we will obviously show up and put the best team out as possible and hopefully come away with the points.

ah.. that explains why our second team fixture was called off last night with you A team , shame some disappointed lads.
were lucky enought to be getting 30+ lads training now and desperatly need to get them a fixture and not been succsesfull up to now . got to say if we were offered a place in the league we would take it. having said that it's prob not a good idea getting entered as high as the 4th like thattoheath , i think any 2nd or 3rd team would struggle against teams like hindley.

same as us last week that m8...its always a shame!!!!...we had a better side out this week, still not full stregth but getting there, we did Mayfield today 16-12, good game and a good win...HUGE derby game too

Yeh mate won 14-12. Awful game though, saddleworth apparently had 4 first teamers out against us aswel so decent away win with no half backs available.

Me comin back from injury too...blowin out me booty n knocked on near line...guttted...al get better tho... make it up to coach n the lads....
