22-4 near the goal with about 20 mins to go just kick a drop goal & the game is won.

18 points must be some sort of a record lead to throw away in a final, just a bit more composure and a drop goal over with 20 minutes to go and the game would have been over. but on the hole the best team won on the day i think and as someone else has mentioned it hasnt cost you a place in SL so try again next year :wink:

Couldn't understand why Dickens chose to kick to Halifax in extra time after winning the toss. :THINK:

it was confirmed after the game that if we (fax) would have won the toss, we would have chosen to kick too :THINK:
