I try to collect as many as I can afford.
Unfortunately I have none of the ones you are after and haven't seen them anywhere.
Your best bet is probably joining the facebook pages of these teams, most of them have them. David Niu on facebook might be able to sort you out with the US shirt your after or try contacting http://www.wearerugby.com.
Alternatively another option is to contact Druzik who runs http://www.rugbyleagueinternationalscores.com. He has contact with alot of the minnow nations playing league so he may be able to give you more reliable contact details than the ones just probably found on there websites.
There is a guy selling South Africa Rugby League baseball caps on ebay, try contacting him about the RSA shirt.
As for other shirts, there is a size XL Lebanon shirt on ebay and plenty of France ones. The new Wales kit is for sale on http://www.xblades.co.uk. Contact swedenrugbyleague@gmail.com about the new Sweden shirt, they were asking who would be interested in buying one a few months ago but it went quiet. The new German shirt was being advertised on the Deutschland rugby league facebook page not so long ago aswell. Same goes for Italy.

thanks i just got my hands on a match Canadian Mounties jersey which is probably the rarest of the rare these days i have a couple of rare ones would you mind telling me what Internationals you might have

Ive got a Canada Mounties one as well, a player issue one with number 18 on the back.
The others I have are Jamaica (kukri), Tonga (world cup 2008, kooga), Fiji (world cup 2008, kooga), current Wales one (x blades), current Samoa one (kukri), Italy (erea), USA Tomahawks (erea) and I've got Sweden and Germany ones on order.

my Mounties jersey is 16 the first one they auctioned
i have about 5 irish ones including there 2007 away jersey very very rare they only worn it once from there world cup qualifyer game match shirt 24 on the back probly the nicest jersey i have ever seen
got a wales match worn jersey 14 from there world cup qualifyer game v scotland at glasgow and another wales 1 i want to wait until the 4 nations and get a 2011 wales one then
2010 italy 2006 england
2008 aussie one there centenary jersey also very hard to get match details on it but not a player shirt

http://rugby-league.de/en/ You can get the German shirt from here, it is "player fit" so make sure you get the correct size. 10% of the cost goes to Rugby League Deutschland, so you'll be helping to support the game over there too.

I have started a collection recently and have many countries now but they are all recent ones.
To any of you who have ordered a Germany one I have been waiting for over 6 months now and was promised at Christmas time. Was in contact with guy at tsunami but he has gone quiet. Anyone have any news?
