Good luck to the guy, and lets be honest, the only thing that really matters is winning. Win, and the rest follows. The players are happy, the bosses are happy, the supporters are happy and will keep turning up in numbers.(We,re loyal and turn up anyway) It's been said, but the pack needs beefing up and needs at least one or two destructive forwards as a minimum. We also are short on some pace. This is not negative, it's a fact. TS has done a great job, but he,s going, unfortunately. When on song, we are great to watch, but seem to lack a plan B when needed. Welcome aboard WP. Our crowd is like a 14th man, give them something to shout about and you'll need earplugs.

Your list of credentials must be different to mine. Unless your list is no first grade coaching experience and being sacked for a pub brawl with a club high performance director.
