Toronto's bid to remain in superleague has been rejected by 8 votes to 4 with warrington abstaining. I believe the correct decision,as in any sport you go into administration and fail to complete the season, you are demoted a division at least. Also its fine them having 8/9000 fans at home, what do they bring to the s/l clubs.Once fans have their season ticket, the main source of income is from away fans, and 2 couple of fans you may get from toronto wont pay bills. Two or three hundred away fans at £20+ is an enormous help in the current climate,so lets hope the behind closed doors soon ends though I doubt it very much. |

Are we the only club not to host a game? What's that about? |

Not totally surprised especially with current situation. With TV revenue likely to fall would not be surprised if Super League continued next season with 11 teams. Magic weekend could become a 9s comp. However if does stay at 11 teams I can see a lot of disgruntled Championship chairmen. |

Promote one team each year for the next three years making a 14 team league, no relegation until 14 teams, then one up one down. No magic weekend, each team plays each other home and away. The champions are the team that finishes top. The end of season top 8 play to be crowned premiers, not champions. Challenge Cup as usual. That's three trophies. Salary cap stays or the top teams will hoover up the top players and nothing changes. Fairly simple, but I think it needs to be. Yes it,s old school, but I think it needs to be. |

Like the idea of building up to 14 and give some stability to clubs Look like next season going to be the planned one of this year with the dreaded loop fixtures. |
