It’s all the punch ups :lol: he did when he was playing he was a great forward I know their is no hopes of him getting better but wish him well

I've been reading a bit about Alzheimer's recently. The loss of memory really is the loss of self. I thought this series of portraits was very striking:

I listened to An Empty Bliss Beyond This World, a few weeks ago.

At some point I want to listen to the much longer Everywhere at the End of Time but you need 6+ hours free and to be in good head space by all accounts.

Terrible sad news. My thoughts go out to him and his family. Getting old is cr@p. Seeing someone suffer from this is heartbreaking.

Great player who never took a step backwards. The pack battles between Hull and Rovers in the early 80's were often understated and this guy gave you the edge.
