2 fans set up fund hopping to raise 100.000 by the end of November to get a top player for next season good luck to them

Marquee status is a cap dispensation not a quota or non-federation one, as far as I’m aware. I can’t see a case for that not being the case, tbh.

This could have legs, we need all pass holders circa 5k to donate £20 each , I personally have not bought a pass but would donate £20 to this cause, I know I come across negative but one thing rovers fans are known for is rallying, are the club behind this ie linking mail shots to current pass holders etc ?.

Anyone know a marquee player who only earns £6000 a year? Keep raising that every year and you might be able to sign Sonny Bill by the next millennium
