The worst impersonator of Elvis Presley and a super league referee ive ever seen, have,nt even made up my mind which was which yet... :lol:

Childs was bad but that Elvis act was unbearable.

He never missed it, he gave the pass that was intercepted as a forward pass

Must admit, he gave some very odd decisions but the buffoon looking after the in goal at the North end was even dodgier, when Randall went for the line Child was bang in front of him and went to signal for 'held up' when the tub of lard told him it was grounded. Given that there was a post and three Rovers players between him and Randall, Child should have gone with his own decision.

Actually the in-goal that you are talking about ran backwards to indicate that he thought there was a problem with awarding the try. Child as the referee who was as you say a lot closer and had a clearer view gave the try.

Having seen Randall's try on tv, I have no problem with the decision, it was grounded on the line.
