Yep so did we obviously not one of his strong points I think he may have got confused with if we let as many points in as possible maybe Wel end up at the top table this is the theory I'm going with

Not good at all, but you make it sound like we have said our defence was sorted but no far from it. Yes we nilled Widnes but no offence they were absolutely awful. Sandercock has said that when you try to overhaul the defensive systems that have been in place for a few years, those old patterns sometimes come back when under pressure as its habit. In time i think he will sort it out, just hopefully sooner rather than later because as good as our attack is looking, you cant win games conceding 30+ |

Your team plays a far more conservatively with ball in hand and has had quite a bit of continuity in terms of players on your edges. Our defensive systems in the pre-season against Wigan looked really organised but seems to have suffered since due to overplaying with the ball, costing us possession which leads to the invitation of pressure. If our players can be a little more patient then I'm sure we'll see some dramatic improvements defensively. |
