My thoughts are these. Rovers spend a fortune on their youth development year on year but still allow the under 20s to be coached by amateurs. One of the biggest spends in a clubs budget in my opinion should be on the coaches at junior level. Id like to see the comparison in pedigree between our junior coaches and those at Wire, Saints, Leeds and Wigan.
Dont be blinded by todays result, we have some quality youngsters at our club.

Totally agree. The under 20's should be coached similar to the aussies, someone with first team grade coach potential.
