Just heard a rumour he will be back in 2 weeks!!?? Is it just a rumour or what, can't believe it isn't but does anyone know more?

According to Billy Mallinson on wednesday, no. Still looking at 3-4 weeks. At 33, would rather have him 100%. looking forward to him returning, and I hope his last season is as good as Mark O`Neills was. Been a class signing and has to be the best oversees forward we have had, maybe second to Gav Miller, horses for courses.

Loads of rumours going about Galea - i heard on Sunday hes out for most of the season - if this is the case do we pay him off and get him to say he wants to go home (pay him off, off the books) then get someone else to come in with his cap space.

You should know by now not to listen to rumours, with regards to paying him off, who do you think we would be able to get in as a replacement at this stage,? all the best players are already signed up and contracted to various clubs, plus if you paid him off, wouldn't that still count on the salary cap?, in which case we would'nt have any more cash to spend on another player.
Galea should be back in the next few weeks according to Sandercock.

Not if he doesn't play a game all season, I think. Best check the de-registration rules first. Wouldn't want to come a cropper there.
