Heard through one of the players family that the lads depart for Australia within the next week. The club have been keeping it pretty low key. Other than Bell and Beharrell i dont who is going. I hope that the club make a big splash of it in the press this week, it is great publicity for them
Has anybody got a list of who is making the trip?

What's the point of keeping it low key?

I think we're heading into the most important period of the clubs recent history, if we can get this current crop of youngsters through and make them good super league players then hopefully that should secure the long term future both on and off the pitch and lead us into being much more sustainable financially.

Yeah - the downside of having had a very generous and pro-active board, is that what comes next becomes a concern (the opposite of the current situation at Hull, where the feeling seems to be that things can only get better). I think the support will remain for this franchise at least, and the need for it will hopefully diminish - as you say, the club becoming more self-sustaining.

Great news about the trip going ahead. I hope the lads make the most of what should be a fantastic experience.

Is there an itinery published? as there are a few Rovers supporters down under who might like to have a look at them. I am going to Sydney next month as well but I expect they will be back by then?

We'd certainly like to watch a few games if they are playing down here in Sydney. Anyone know an itinerary please.

Really proud of this, potentially one of the best things the club has done in recent times.
