That question actually came up about it. Hudgell said in this instance it isn't worth it or words to that affect.

I know Easty, I heard it, and tend to agree with him that he's got more important things to get on with. Still, I would love to see him drag a front page apology out of them for the rubbish they print sometimes. How much did St John Ellis get from them back in 2004?

The story has unsettled fans ,players, and the coach if untrue. So why not bring the paper to book. Unless there is some truth in it.
