It's a right load of rubbish and the bloke whose job it is to promote is too embarrassed to mention it but seeing as they sponsor RLFans we have to all pretend to listen.

Six O'clock tonight it's on with special features including Martin Aspinwall as the star in a reasonably priced car, home security with Stuart Reardon and Leon Pryce and a spot the ball competition with the opportunity to win a years supply of Mrs. Bell's Yorkshire Blue Cheese-"It's reet tasty".

Thanks for the free advertising.

Do you think the Rovers output on Radio Humberside is better? Not saying it is or isn't, just interested.

Also, we've gone out of our way to cover Rovers equally with the six other Hull clubs this season, and have had four players live on the show. The local newspaper currently doesn't get any player access.

I bow to your superior knowledge, though.

I'll be at the Salford game on Sunday, why don't you come up for a chat and air your deep-rooted grievances?

And don't bother giving me any 'Radio Bates' malarky. The radio station may be the official radio station of Leeds United, but gives equal coverage to all Super League teams.

See you Sunday?

Ps. I use the term deep-rooted owing to the fact that this is the latest in a long string of anti-Yorkshire Radio messages.

Nice one Hayne Train,i cant understand the bashing that some give out to media who are helping clubs by giving air time, good or bad.No such thing as bad publicity?Positive spin cant go on all the time and a balance is always nice and fair.

Like DLT's snooker on the radio - excellent that. Bet you liked it with the ducky "quack quack oops" noise. That's twice this week I'll be in trouble because of snooker.

Hayne Train should be aware that Humberside is populated almost exclusively by Rovers fans - Gwilym Lloyd, Lee Richardson, Nick Pinkney, Mark Lever (?) and Chris Park. I doubt he'll be able to match that.

He is quite the pro, I was equally impressed.

So far your coverage has been poor, leagues top scorer with ginger hair and you refer to him as "err, number 3" because he is in a Rovers shirt and not one of a West Yorkshire side, this is true of the commentary itself whereby any Rovers attack is aired to the listener in a subdued way.

Cheers.

Shaun Briscoe was on the show tonight, fans were welcome to tweet, e-mail, ring questions. Considering Jason Netherton used Twitter today to criticise the Hull Mail for writing a Briscoe exit story based on one of SB's tweets, I thought it would be a nice chance for Rovers fans to hear Shaun's side of the story at the very least.

Still, I take PMH's comments on board. And then dismiss them.

Which game was that?

I disagree with the suggestion coverage is delivered in a subdued way as well, but again, thanks for the feedback. At least it's specific.

Must have been because they were playing a side from the west.

Joking. Obviously.

That's not very good but, my response was more to defend the amount of coverage we give to Hull KR, illustrate the access we have (compared to others) and just say 'hang on, we're not that bad'.

Cheers.
