Yes after being taken to the cleaners by wigan it would seem its white flag time as far as the super league is concerned. Wigan are currently on another planet. However the cup is a different kettle of fish. Saints will be a massive task but all efforts must now be put into this game. (hopefully somebody else will knock wigan out!!) |

The superleague isn't the equivalent of Scottish football just yet. I still believe most teams are capable of beating the "Top teams" Having a good cup run is important for our season and just reaching the final would be a massive achievement, but its not the end of the world if we are beat by saints. Primarily we want to look towards developing our squad for next year and with ground improvements and more Egyptian investment you never know! |
