With the fixtures we have left and the Challenge Cup I think we can still salvage something this year with a bit of luck. CC...If we draw either Hull, Cas or St Helens at home in the next round I think we could go all the way to Wembley. Could we win it, not sure? We will be up against Wigan or Warrington in the semi final and would face one or the other in the final, that is if they are not drawn together before. The league will be 6th at best, more likely 7th. Every game away from home so I cannot see us in the grand final some how. 1. Above Hull in the league. 2. Challenge Cup visit to Wembley 3. Win 2 games in the play offs would still be progress Happy with this after such a poor start. |

Finishing 8th in the table and reaching the cup final would count as a successful season after the start we had. Winning out again in the Derbies would also be nice. |

Ok lets try again with this Thread. Hull FC fans are welcome to contribute with valid points. Any trolling will see action taken as the original thread became a kids playground. GML. |

Why this obsession with some fans from both clubs I will never know. "We are crap, but at least we are above Hull/Rovers" Baffling. |

OK I will try again ![]() So your 1st objective is not to win the league, or even reach the G/Final...or get to Wembley for the C/Cup...or indeed finish above any of the top 4 teams from last season.... Your 1st objective is to finish above Hull FC, unreal ![]() |

But you're a very ambitious club. Surely if we do finish above you we will have achieved great things. ![]() |

If Rovers made Wembley and won 2 playoff games it would have been their best season since the glory days. Even though Warrington are in good form I am only really confident about us achieving the first of those three things. |
