Well, given that passport issue is not his fault and if he doesn't go to Toulon, then he's actually done nothing wrong. The fault lies with the club so there's nothing to forgive him for. |

The only thing to forgive and forget would be the Toulon thing - and it isn't clear how 'bad' that is. If he never gets his passport and his contract didn't stipulate that he needed it and he is fulfilling his obligations, then he can't play this year and Rovers have to pay him despite that. Realistically you'd assume Tonga would have to start granting passports soon - it has to start to become a problem for ordinary Tongans eventually. If it really didn't ever turn up, and based on the assumptions above, we'd have to clear a quota spot for him for next year - assuming he's happy to stay. |

The annoying thing is that even assuming he does play again this season he's going to need to gain match fitness all over again. |

He will be back soon and playing. There has been some real We have a swear filter for a reason, Try reading the AUP-RW said about him, mostly from the Gateshead lot. I find it strange that you are complaining about the 'gateshead lot' and yet you are the one trolling.-RW |

The club has to prove without reasonable doubt that mason approached toulon about a deal. If not he has every right to approach the RFL and claim discrimanation like stanley gene did with halifax. Then if the club is found to have been in the wrong not only would he be entitled to his full pay but also compensation for any expenses that hes had. This could cost the club alot of money. |

Maybe we could try and get the Cooke-saga settled at the same time then |
