Out for a few months according to Morgan on Humberside. Bad news for the lad whose obviously well liked both sides of the river. Get well soon Brisc. |

It seemed clear to me that Morgan was just speculating on how long Briscoe might be missing. He doesn't really know and he wasn't saying he did. We'll have a better idea when the medical people have had chance to do an assessment. But we have a good replacement in Ben Cockayne. Cockayne is not everyone's cup of tea but full back is actually his best position, the position we signed him for. I don't think Briscoe will be with us next season anyway. THat'll free up a chunk of salary cap and this is Cockayne's chance to show we don't need to spend it on a full back. |

We also have a very good up and coming fulback in sherrif who imo is an outstanding prospect and is the type of player we should be blooding now. |
