What I heard of his speech played over the tannoy I thought he came across well and was as honest/open as he could be about everything under the circumstances. From what he said though it sounds like the Hull Daily Rag have annoyed the club again, don't know what we don't just ban the idiots, do nothing for the club from what I can see.

I wasn't paying alot of attention because the people around me chose this moment to talk about Dobbo signing a 'new' contract with Rovers keeping him here for 4 years.

Yeah thought it was a good speech espec when he said that the tabloid were practically wetting themselves over the story, was good to see Dobbo sat with Morgan, now surely if he wasn't going to be a KR player he would not have been with Morgan, think this week there will be more light shed on things, and radio humberside got nothing out of Chester so good on him.

Good enough for me and great for him to make the speech and put the story to us all rather than bits in the paper which a lot of which was total cr@p just to sell more copies
Feel sorry for Neil, speech was a good idea and put some fans fears to rest. But when he touched on the media 'wetting themselves' with regard to the deregistering Dobson story I thought he sounded genuinely disappointed and no wonder, he and the board must feel like banging their head against a brick wall sometimes. Just hope he and the board carry on their fantastic work.

That Mike 'Black & White' White is really getting on my nipples too, probably Morg's too as he obviously refused to speak to Blunderside. Did Mr White not hear Neil's speech or did he choose to totally ignore it and still bang on about the whole thing after the match and wth his chum Tool!? He even suggested to him Dull FC go for Dobbo, what a total kn@b! He is just sh!t-stirring in my view, there is obviously no story as he makes out, Dobbo is still contracted to us and is going nowhere whether he likes it or not. He was nearly creaming himself with the man from the RFL last week and seemed desperate to drop Hull KR in it. IMO he is just keeping this going to feed his black & white chums with under-the-bed sock material! Bring back Gwyllum!
