WHO CAN PLAY?
Over 16+
Everyone is welcome as long as you are over the age of over 16. If you are a beginner or have played before come and give it a go.

WHAT WILL SESSIONS INVOLVE?
Sessions will be adapted to suit all. We will do some fitness drills, general skills and then small sided games of TOUCH Rugby/ Modified games. Nothing to hard or serious.

WHO AM I?
My name is Chris Charles. I work for the Rugby Football League ( RFL ) as a League for All Officer. I played professional rugby for 14 years with Hull KR, Castleford and Salford. I promise that you will enjoy the sessions and they will give you an insight into how 'pro' clubs train and give you a better understanding of what is expected of modern day players.

WHAT IS TOUCH RUGBY?
Touch is Rugby’s answer to 5-a-side football – it’s fast, enjoyable, involves no contact and can be played by both young & old, males & females. Touch Rugby is such an easy game to play that even if you have never played rugby before you will have no problem picking it up. In fact around half the participants will have never played rugby before! It’s a great way of keeping fit or getting fit while enjoying an evening in the summer sunshine with friends this has made Touch rugby one of the RFL’s favourite summer sports. The interchangeable nature of possession, leading to rapid changes from attacking to defending, means that the game is developing and improving a wide range of skills. Cooperation, determination and integration, along with individual and collective responsibility, are all key elements in the game of Touch rugby.
