I don't really go in for autobiographies/biographies much, particularly sports peoples (you should never meet your heroes) as they tend to be awful. However, I've heard good things about Tawera Nikau's. Fabulous player.
Out of those you've listed, I've only read Stan's, which I did enjoy, mainly from the way it was written and the culture shock he suffered coming over here and Radlinski's who was a player I really admired, but, bejesus, that was one terrible book; "Went to training, won a trophy, got lashed", repeat ad infinitum.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Tawera Nikau's - Cant seem to get it online; heard its a good read myself, but not paying over the odds like amazon want.
Agreed on Stans - Its the culture change thats shocking, insightful and funny. Radz - one of the worse books i have ever wasted my time on. Longy - Funny as f**k; theres no wonder hes injured all the time now - absolutely ruined himself getting tramp drunk in his 20s; one of the funniest books ive ever gone through.
