Have there been any confirmed changes?

There's usually one or two minor alterations/interpretations every year.

I heard 'from the man in the pub' that when a side are 'packing down' to stop the clock the 6 players that do this are the ones that have to form the scrum at that particular scrumdown, dunno if this is true but its a rule i would welcome as it could create some interesting backlines from all sides.

Anyone with any info/links on this??
