i don't know, but i suspect this reflects a view that the player made a mistake rather than cheating.

That an I'd imagine that the levels of ephedrine in some sort of dodgy Chinese tea would hardly be that high.

A salbutamol inhaler used for asthma will give a positive result for ephedrine, as an asthmatic I can't say I ever noticed it having any performance enhancing effect.

Or maybe it was because I was rubbish...

Yep it can act as an enhancer espec in body building, you have to overdose on it like but it can have that effect...
