Watching our game at Wigan and again Saturday at Leeds it shows to me that Wigan look as fresh at the end as we do at the start. Thay run at the attack and chase every ball. I do think they are a little better than us but not alot.. Where they beat us hands down is their fitness. Morgs needs to step up the fitness levels and may be take them to the army as Wigan did pre season. We are not that far off being real title contenders but this is the area we need to improve.

A lot of this is all to do with which team gets the possession looks the fresher at the end of the match. This IMO is routed in the amount of penalties given away and this season there have been far too many unnecessary penalties given away which needs stamping out next season. I think our fitness levels are right up there, but some of our players need to stop giving needless penalties away. |

There will be no fat bellies coming back to training after pre-season, every Kg over what they should be and they have to pay a fine! The boys may get a holiday but they are still going to have to work to keep in shape! |

They were up at 6am most mornings doing laps and laps of Haigh Hall grounds apparently. All the players said they had never done anything like it before, and it showed from the first game. Mark Riddell and Palea'aesina were almost unrecognisable, and Harrison Hansen looked twice as big as last season. I think it had a big influence on our season. |
