I think you're a bit confused love. In your own words, this has absolutely nothing to do with Hull KR, so why post about it on here?

Although it is good news for Mild Rover who can now rake in the winnings backing Hull FC (missing 5 of our starting 1-7) to beat the free-scoring Warrington on Friday night for nowt.

Hull KR as a club have no control over technical issues with Sportingbets website and it's promotions, hence the email being signed off by who it was.
