Wakey for me. Unless something dramatic happens with the whole stadium situation, I think the fact they recently went into an IVA will swing it against them. Crusaders are safe, it would be mental to dump them after one round of licences.

Don't rule out Quins. Their bankroller has stopped putting in his £300k per 1/4 and they are deep in the brown smelly stuff.

It's ironic that their present stadium which works against their franchise bid is the most popular amongst the fans polled on the VT.

Second most popular is the KC, so it seems supporters fall into two distinct camps.

Much as the KC is a lovely stadium I've always enjoyed standing on the terraces amongst both sets of fans, so I fall into the first group I guess.

Are Rovers not in an IVA at the moment and also the ground improvements at a stand still ?
