Playing with width, stretching the opposition - it'll never catch on.

Tbf, I think the current conservatism reflects an effort to rebuild confidence. And only having one half. Problem is we were pretty conservative even when we were doing well and had 2.

So that he could play in the position that England selected him in. Seems a bit unnecessary now. We should play him in the position that he was most effective for Rovers, which earned him his England call up in the first place.

He begged Morgan to switch him so he could keep the spot for England - he'd of had more chance sticking were he was and trying to push Hall out of the spot imo.
