At least the short turn around means we don't have to dwell on today's defeat too long. And we can't afford to. If we go 5-5, that is an okayish start to the season. 4-6, then actually and psychologically we'd be under pressure. Quins sit bottom, but will be all the more motivated for that and will be fresh after their game in Wales was postponed. Fingers crossed that the Rovers team can raise themselves again. |

Quins have a big advantage of the longer rest, that said on their visit to the KC they were the weakest SL team I've seen since Leigh |

If rovers forwards play like they did today, the quinns game will not be a problem, shame i do not think they will though.. |

Quins are slowly getting their players back. True We were awful at the KC. Monday will be a good game. Safe journey down for all those travelling to the smoke. |

Quins not having played and having Home advantage will be a massive leveller. Their players will want to try and run Rovers off their feet and if they are leading going into the final quarter of the game our boys might not have enough in their legs to get past them. I spoke to Clint a couple of hours ago and he said he was running on empty for the final 10 minutes today. Throw in the France trip last week and the journey down to the capital its a tough propisition. Also they have Rob Purdham back who is a key player for them. |

You will beat them I have no doubt. They are easily the worst team I have seen this season and I expect a positive reaction from your boys to today's loss. |

Your forum has been full of posts about wanting O Meley, Luiaki etc wanting to biff Rovers players all pre season and in the build up to todays game. Because Newton does that you then dont like it. His challenge at the end was stupid but you cannot have it both ways. He plays aggressively and thats why he winds Hull fans up. If he wore Black and White you wouldnt mind it one bit. |
