Bit of topic but id just like to say that welhams try saving tackle as the saints player was just diving over the line was unbelievable, take my hat off to him.

Not just the tackle, he chased down Briscoe's kick which at one point looked like a lost cause that led to Galea's try.

no not really, looks like a case of sour grapes to me, the penalties at the end came from a clear ball strip in a 2 man tackle, and dissent following a clear knock on decision both were yards from the saints line but too wide out to go for goal and both were a result of concerted pressure.

Smith did let a lot go at the play the ball for both sides just as most refs have been doing on sky games at least, I see harry potter didn't mention the penalty saints got for rovers markers not being square despite the whole of the team defending on the goal line which lead to the dean try I think it was, that one probably wasn't in his dossier.
