Does anyone know where I can find a picture online of the FitFans adverts that are around the city (i.e. the one with the topless middle-aged Hull KR and Hull City fan on with arrows pointing to fat areas). I need it for a presentation.

Also, has anyone taken part or know much about this intervention? And what do they think of it? Is it working (i.e. are many people taking part and are they getting fitter?).

Much appreciated.

It is a very good thing to take part in.
I joined last May and today I am 3 pounds away from a 2 stone weight loss.
Mostly down to the nutritional aspect of it as I was doing plenty of exercise but eating too much in one go.

I am halfway through the 12 week plan, the first Fit Fans for Her, can highly recommend it, thoroughly enjoyable and I am feeling alot fitter having lost 12lbs up to now.

Well done, shows these things are of benefit if people can be bothered to try them

Is it possible to succeed and still consume alcohol - or is it one of those "one glass a day" useless jobbies like Weightwatchers and Slimworld?

(Not being flippant, but I have failed at all other diets where a sensible amount of wine is not permissible, so getting a bit desperate :( )

The TNT Diet is the one for you my friend. Recommended drinks - water, tea, coffee and alcohol!

Seriously though, it's good. I'm down 3.5kg in 12 days and my aerobic fitness has measurably improved.

Nobody has ever mentioned banning alcohol to be honest. I'm not a big drinker myself so it's not a problem for me anyway, but I've had a couple of bottles or cans of beer during the time I've been doing it and it doesn't seem to have had an adverse affect.

Everything in moderation I suppose :D
