Think it was always going to be an early kick-off due to pre match drinking etc. Good to have it confirmed and have a safe journey.

Not confirmed yet, negotiations are at an advanced but delicate stage, not helped by me making her go to the Haye Ruiz fight the day after... :lol:

Yet the allowed the Testimonial to go later...It is stupid really as all the fans go out together afterwards anyway..The silly few (from both clubs) will be silly no matter what time the ko is

Dont get it. KC derby set for a friday night on sky and about time, looking forward to the biggest derby under lights. Yet ours is an early kickoff again, 10000 as against 22000, are we such a liability?

Last years derby passed off with out incident (off the pitch at least) and that was a 5.30pm kick off. That gave alcoholic RL fans a proper pre-match session and still no bother.

Although I suspect the Ref was a little worse for wear - he must have been leathered to see that forward pass from Hall. :wink:
