Post subject:  Score board clock
Cannot make my mind up if i like the new countdown clock on the scoreboard,it is in real time with the official clock and it takes away the unknowns at the back end of games when you are say one score away from victory and hope you have enough time left.On the subject of score boards can you remember the electric one in the early nineties,phrases like like "cool try baby," with an elephant displayed and "things are looking up" with a giraffe,can anyone remember anymore :?:

Thanks grafton,was hoping rovers were trying something new and proving were not skint :wink:

Apparently you're correct, it was closed on Tuesday or Wednesday along with 11 others owned by the same person :( , i will know more about whats going on later today, although what i was told last weekend, :SHHH: i've got a good idea already.

11 sounds suspiciously like a front page HDM article.
I remember when CP opened and they were singing from the rooftops about the super dooper scoreboard.

Bloody thing was hypnotic, couldnt stop looking at it thinking we can get another 2 tackles in here if we're quick. I know its impossible but did anyone else think it made the game time go quicker?
