Now I've been one of the shops fiercest critics over the years so I felt I should redress the balance.

I haven't had chance to get over to Hull at all lately and needed a new shirt for Wigan on Friday, left it late and rang up yesterday more in hope than anything else.

I dealt with an extremely efficient person yesterday who sorted our my Club Rovers discount and said she'd get the shirt in the post straight away.

I got home tonight to be greeted by a knock at the door from my neighbour who'd taken delivery of my shirt for me.

Ten out of ten, thank you and well done Rovers!

Great to hear. To be fair i would imagine that these experiences are very much the norm but people who get a good service are less likely to shout about it than those that dont.

your so right there R.B.A, we as a nation, are always quick to moan about bad service, but its very rare to shout about good service, good to hear about good customer service, for a change!
