As for Welham, had a great full rookie season last year and is struggling with some problems that can easily be fixed. He needs an arm around him and given time to correct these aspects of his game, NOT his confidence shattering
I actually think you could start hitting your straps when the weather improves and the pitches firm up, your pack is quite light and you are going to have to use kick and chase tactics against bigger packs, you have the pace so should get results from this approach..
I am a big fan of Welham as he came through our amateur club, he appears to have dropped some weight and could do to bulk up a bit, he will hit his straps again I am sure.
