Post subject:  Tickets Online -
I ordered 3 Eaststand tickets online for the Salford game for 3 new recrutes (doing my bit :D ) and expected Tickets, as the order was being placed it was going on about the option of PRINT@HOME, didn't fancy this so didn't choose this option, prefering tickets. On completion it said you will recieve a confirmation e-mail, if you've chosen PRINT@HOME you will receive a pdf attachment.... lo and behold, attachments.
Rang up today, this is due to a glitch, ordering tickets online now is PRINT@HOME, no option.
I'm not looking forward to giving them 3 sheets of A4 that i've printed off and asking for £54.

Nah, it'll be reet. Best option really. As an out of towner, I sometimes buy online tickets for away games. At first they used to have to be signed for which was a nightmare, on more than one occasion they haven't turned up at all leading to loads of phone calls and having to get replacements at ticket offices and the like.

I've done this print at home business for shows in Las Vegas and boat trips in Italy amongst other things, never had a problem.

This is a good innovation by the club.

I'll take your word for it, but it's the barcode (reader) i've got my doubts about, and as they were'nt going with us to the game, i think it might be a good idea for them to do so now.

Bet the bookies wouldnt give you odds at all, think its nailed on to be!

Id be very disappointed if season passes didnt work though, But this "print at home" idea is great - if you dont use a laptop with no printer attached like me! :SHIFTY:

Suppose all new ideas have afew glitches to get through, but id like to think they've comunicated with the rhinos on getting the best out of this system.

Agree with this. Printing your tickets at home is a great idea. However, the electronic turnstile system used at Leeds does seem a bit temperamental. I've been a couple of times and the slot where you insert the ticket has been taped up and a manual system is being used.

well ill agree with you on all of the above.... but id say surely its down to the retail manager (if we actually have one)

If not give me the job and i reckon i couldnt do any worse :)
