reading the sports letters in todays HDM, why does the Hull fan have to bring Rovers into his letter about Hulls injuries? does he think that Rovers are to blame for there bad luck? Yes Hull have a couple of bad seasons of injuries but why bring Rovers into it???

Not seen the letter because i dont buy the HDM usually. However it seems strange that someone has brought Rovers up in relation to our injuries the last couple of years.
We cannot blame you for that situation.

Compulsive preoccupation starting with O and ending in N, and prevelant in many hull fans. :D

The letterImage

Hull deserve an
injury-free run

How fantastic it would be to be able to see my
team - Hull FC - play this season with no players
missing.
Both Hull KR and Huddersfield over-achieved
last season due to the fact neither of them had
injuries to contend with.
When the biggest over-achievers (Rovers)
played the only other team with their luck
(Huddersfield) they were soundly beaten.
Throw in the fact KR played sides after they
had played in cup semis and finals (St Helens
and Warrington) and this helped them finish
higher than expected.
When they are playing teams on a level playing
field, they will find out how tough life with the big
boys can be.
