Read the article on the official site last night about registering your season pass this week to get the Club Rovers discount on the shirt. What I don't get is, do we receive a Club Rovers card as well, or is this the swipe card which the pass is also meant to be?
And, if we still haven't got the pass itself by weekend can we buy the shirt as Club Rovers members without having either card (just the receipts)?
I swear the whole thing seems really badly organised.

Me and the wife have joined and have had no card through, I assumed they would come with the pass !!

It does seem badly run but i will refrain from making any sarcastic comments.

honest observation not meant as a dig about anything but i'd be interested to get some rovers fans thoughts, do your processes feel slick? Im sure your ops manager or whatever he is called would be keen to know. The cost of having overly complex and ambiguous processes in instances like this can add massive costs to running a business when not done well. Does it feel smooth to you?

Err because it is funnily enough a discussion forum. And you will notice i did not pick bones out of it like i quite easily could have.
You will find if you look through my post history i rarely go for the little digs at your club but as i have friends who support them i take a genuine interest in what goes on with them.
To clarify the situation - the majority of season passes/Club Rovers should be in the post by now and landing on doormats in the next few days.
From the club website...........
As distribution is scheduled for Monday 30th November, supporters should expect to receive delivery of their season pass next week.
All supporters who bought their season pass before November 12th 2009 should receive them next week. Supporters who have bought after this date will be informed on the club website when their passes will be sent out.
Please DO NOT ring either of the club shops asking when this will be as this will slow work on getting passes out to supporters.
Supporters should receive their Season Passes in time for the official 2010 shirt launch on Saturday 5th December, 11:00am at Princes Quay Shopping Centre. This gives season pass holders who are ‘Club Rovers’ members the opportunity to register their pass in time to receive discount on the new home and/or away shirt.
The first chance to purchase both the new home and away shirts will be at Princes Quay, so make sure you have registered your Season Pass TeamCard in order to receive your discount.
Don’t have a computer? Having trouble registering? No problem!
Just call 0845 2490 105 or visit the club shop at Craven Park or Holderness Road and we’ll do it for you!

Dirty boy, get to your room!
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
