He didn't play to shabby against Wire in Scotland either. I think it's just the fact he's one big bas*ard, and fans think he should be breaking defence like Crabtree. |

Yes it is true to say he doesn't carry himself particularly well, but his form when getting his new contract was pretty decent. I defy anyone to use last seasons reserve grade as a form guide as the standard was dire and as a result his confidence suffered greatly because the players around him were not good enough. When called upon in the first team at Bradford and Huddersfield i thought he went pretty well and his size alone made him a valuable asset to the team. For whatever reason Justin clearly doesn't want him (which as coach is his right i might add), but i get heartily sick of British players getting cast aside in favour of pretty average aussies and this is no exception. Pretty much agree with that, problem is he has come to the point where unless he is outstanding he will be slagged off by the majority. Having said that the story in the HDM is a typical non story based on conjecture and no fact. Wouldn't his wage still come off the cap for next year if we paid him off? bearing this in mind I would expect Mills to be a HKR player next year and hopefully get into some form. |

anyone know what Mills on getting paid? i think i heard it was a rather large amount - with us getting into SL and needing to keep players on long/high contracts to get the players to come here. |

Agree, do you think with a bit more game time in the first team that mills could of improved enough to keep his place(don't think he would be far short of what fozzy offered last saeson tbf), thus eliminating the need to pay a reported kings ransom for a player who has been of his game for a couple of seasons now, and instead invest in more local/british talent such as the likes of McCarthy-Scarsbrook. |

If paid off, yes. If transferred to another club, no. The story seems to indicate that Rovers are looking to move him on rather than dump him and pay off his contract. |

personally i dont think he is S/L standard, all the size you need but no heart, its a shame because with a pinch of aggresion he could be awesome, but IMO its just not there. |

Mills will be one of the lowest paid squad members. There was harldy a queue of clubs after him when Quins let him go. |
