Don't know much about who your directors are but someone called Lowe?? Is due to go to oz in 6 weeks to start negotiations with Melbourne to release him from his contract. He has stated he won't be leaving, but I suppose he would!

We are due to announce a signing next week then another 2 weeks later and a third and final one in aroung8 weeks when the shirts are due to go on sale :wink:

Do KR have special dispensation from the RFL to have more overseas trained players than the rest of us?

Because as far as I can see(and I could be wrong), they are up to the limit of 6.

Lovegrove is homegrown.
Even if he leaves HKR he will remain Fed trained.
Also on contract renewal I belive Vella and Fisher become Fed trained as well.

How come he is homegrown?
I thought he was trained down under?

It's a pretty gash ruling from the RFL that players can be exempt from such rules, not just in this case, but any similar case. What's the point having overseas quota's and restrictions if there are ways around them?
