I will get called a troll no doubt, but are they all really fit? I can see a Keith Senior in the 2005 Challenge Cup final scenario here. Briscoe in particualar looked pretty bad, is two weeks enough to recover?

They would have played last week had it been knock out

No doubt because the guy is a warrior, however that does not answer the question are they really fit.

Personally I hope they are, as this reduces the risk of further injury

Leeds had the rest of the season in front of them when they risked Senior, It's now knock rugby and someones last game of the season, a worthy risk IMO.

The rest of the season as in the playoffs, yes.

And I'd say I'm not alone when I say that playing Senior went a long way towards Leeds losing that match.

I can see what people are saying, it's a last throw of the dice and you want the best players out there. But if someone is only 60% fit it can do more harm than good sometimes.

Totally agree.

To be honest I didn't think we played that badly against Leeds last week.
Leeds played very well, put us under a lot of pressure and were undoubtedly in a different class.
We only really started making big errors in the last twenty when we were chasing the game.
Leeds then steam rollered us after we'd played with only sixteen players for the majority of the game and been battered in defence for a lot of that time, meaning that energy levels were very low.

I don't think Wigan are capable of doing that.

As great as Galea's been for us this season, if he's not at least 85%, I'd rather see Taylor play.

Briscoe is the only one I'd out and out risk as he's so important in directing the defence around the park.

This is a do or die game for us and people are worth taking a chance on, but we'll only die if they can hardly run in the first place.

This is always the position regarding injury recovery in Rugby League.
Most players are carrying injuries at this stage in the season.
Also when important games surface what players don't put their hands up?
You get on with it and enjoy the ride.
Fit or not lets get it on! 8)
