Rovers 2010 Membership scheme currently stands at over 5,000 members but is expected to increase significantly as fans become more aware of the significant advantages offered.

No - Hudgell says Club Rovers should have 10,000 members this time next year, so nothing to worry about. When he says people don't understand the benefits, do you think that's because they've been poorly communicated, that people are too thick to understand them, or that you don't actually get any benefit until this time next year?
