I am putting this thread up on behalf of someone else, who is organising the event. It is hoped that around 250+ will attend, but they have only sold 40 tickets so far. They have been let down by someone who was going to do the adverts, so if you could help promote the event, then please do.
If the mods could sticky this for a few days, that would be a great help.
