'since when did injuries become an excuse for losing a game??' this is what the majority of you dobbins have been saying all year to us fc fans, so why is it any different when you get you pants pulled down and spanked at headingley???? 'boot on the other foot' comes to mind! |

When a player gets injured as bad as Chev did then it has a psychological affect on the rest of the team. If a player gets injured due to foul play then that tends to spur the rest of the team on as a kind of "payback" mentality whereas a player getting injured so badly in what was an innocuous tackle tends to have the reverse affect and it can/does play on a players mind. |

Not had time to read all the threads yet, but strangely, i don't find it unusual that the first post i find blameing injuries for OUR defeat is from an FC fan. |

what a load of dribble!!! all the best to chev absolutely horrible injury and hope he makes a quick return. however these are full time athletes and know stuff like this is part of the game, rovers seem to do alrite upto half time without chev. give you credit for the effort on trying to make excuses though, you could give rule and agar a run for there money! |
