Some great exposure for the City, especially with in being BBC Radio's main Sports Station.

Radio 5 Live to hit Hull

Quote:Hull will be at the centre of a massive BBC Radio 5 Live broadcast next month. The station's entire production team will descend on the city in the first broadcast of its kind. Bosses at Radio 5 Live believe the city is the perfect place to represent the UK as the station prepares to move from London to Manchester in 2011.

Entitled Octoberfest, the three-day roadshow – the biggest ever seen in Hull – will see every show broadcast live from Hull between October 22 and 24. Among those broadcasting from the city will be Nicky Campbell, Shelagh Fogarty, Simon Mayo, Richard Bacon, Colin Murray and Anita Anand.
