Having had to miss last nights game & waste a days holliday(I have booked today off) because of Sky moving the match I have just watched the game on recording. The idiot Stevenson must have had some real bad experiance at the hands of Rovers, for all the constructive coments from the other comentators all he could do was snipe critisise & denegrate anthing in red & white, I susspect his disslike stems from his assertion that we as a club should have merged with FC to form the humberside club? It allso worries me that he continually denegrates the challenge cup I am sure he wants super league clubs out of that competition. Mabey it is my paranioa but he appears to be the mouth piece for the Sky set up other wise why let the fool anywhere near a micraphone. |

Good job Phil Clarke was there putting the game into perspective. Stevo and Hemmings were complete idiots last night. |

Welcome to SL proper. You must have learnt by now that according to SKY, lazy Journos and the SL apologists on the VT there are only six teams and SL that really count. The big 4 Leeds, Bradford, Wigan and Saints. They should win every game and every comp and whe they don't it's a fluke, and abomination, a blip. The die was cast in 1994 and that is how it was and that's how they want it to be - hell it's far to difficult to take and interest in the other teams - there all imposters any way. The other two teams are London who must be a success must they not. Cas are the plucky outsiders with great support and loads of youngsters, they don't actually expect them to win but it's nice to have someone to patronise and Cas fans seem to like it. Eddie in particular can barely spit the word Wakefield so offended is he by our relative success. Sad ain't it. No you're not paranoid at all. |

Agree his comments during the game were very harsh, I mean dont get me wrong the game was scrappy and at times Rovers looked more fatigued than Huddersfield although sometimes a week off you get a bit rusty and this game just oiled us up for the finals run in. When Eddie said that the SL wasn't designed for two teams from the same city it set the tone for the reception we would recieve from the Sky commentary team. I think the sooner Rovers get the stadium upto scratch and both Hull clubs are challenging for honours (not a 9's competition either!) Eddie and Stevo will both have to eat their words. |

Nah Nick Fook it lets win the bugger this year then the words will be eaten anyway I would like for them to eat those words Bruce Lee style but we are not that lucky.

i thought the twenty minute conversation they had on cookie's "wishbone" (what the hell lol????) tackle, and that all our tries were against the run of play. The icing on the cake was that he said Warrington should be winning if they hadn't had the tries dissalowwed. Techincally true, but THEY HAD THE TRIES DISSALOWWED lol |

FWIW I felt the 'double movement' try for Wire in the first half should have stood. The player's arm was free and our defenders should have stopped the grounding. That was a get out of jail card. |

He was held, his momentum was stopped. It was the correct decision |
