The guy's a legend. Heroic defence, always backing up, model pro. FC have got a lot of things wrong in the last few years, but allowing him to leave has to be near the top of the list. I almost hope you go on to win the GF so he gets the medal he missed out on in Cardiff. Almost.

In all honesty, if things were the other way round, I would never get over it The one thing I like, unlike all the silly Cookie business, is that most Hull fans still give Shaun the respect he deserves - and he does deserve it cos not only is he a legend of the game but he's a smashing bloke too
